Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. 20% restocking fee will be applied for all authorized returns. We do not cover return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Hygienic and personal items like cosmetics and skin care may only be returned if they’re untouched and unopened. Orders that are incorrectly shipped may be returned at no charge. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with an RMA, which will be valid for 15 days after receipt.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Items returned after the 30 day grace period and without proper warning are not eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.

Please allow approximately 3-5 business days from receipt of return product to process your return. Please allow additional time for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Refunds will arrive in the same form as the original payment up to 30 days after return.
